Hi! I’m Kyle.
I’ve spent my career working for and with small businesses like yours. I’ve worked in IT, web services and marketing.
I’ve learned most business owners and managers have a few things in common: 1) they want things to be easier and 2) they want to lower costs.
As I’ve worked with businesses in a wide variety of ways, I’ve found that merchant services is a pretty typical pain point. Customer service is never very good, the hardware malfunctions all the time and the rates are too high.
